Additionally, Commisceo trains all employees about the importance of privacy. Employees have access to information about users/members only to the extent they require it to perform their jobs. Commisceo limits that access to the minimum information necessary to provide its services.

What information does Commisceo collect?

Commisceo asks for information necessary to provide you with up-to-date, personalized data from this Web site, to develop and improve products and services offered by means of this Web site, and to maintain and improve customer service. Depending upon the level of service you request from eTACH’s site, Commisceo may request additional information such as participant (usually Buyer or Seller) financial information which may include financial statements and/or financial performance ratios in the course of processing and matching respective participants to Holders to best facilitate commercial transactions. Commisceo uses the strictest of log-in, validation and authentication standards to keep your data secure. Commisceo additionally uses "cookies" to establish your authentication and authorization. This enables Commisceo to deposit such "cookies," on the user's hard drive. When the user returns to this web site, the cookies data will reveal that the user has been there before and allow Commisceo to relate a user's use of our site to information that the user has specifically and knowingly provided.

Under no circumstances is TACH Line and Score to be used as a credit tool by any participant of the eTACH program. It is used strictly for reference purposes only.
Does Commisceo disclose collected information to third parties?

Commisceo may share information with Holding parties, or Funders, in the course of providing the products and services you request, as a Seller or a Buyer. The eTACH (Electronic Term Allowance Clearing House) is a Web site to facilitate commercial transactions, which require the acquisition of Buyer and Seller financial information. Buyer or Sellers agree to entering such enrollment data but on the condition all Buyer and Seller information is used with the expressed intent to complete commercial transactions and provide liquidity where Seller’s request. In providing such information to third parties, Commisceo agrees to receive expressed written permission to enable the transfer to such “Company”. As a Holder or Insurer, all information is held in strict confidence within this Web site, including access to information delivered over the Internet.
